is a gentle, body-based method that helps release stored emotional stress—without needing to rehash the past or even fully understand the root cause.


Think of it as clearing emotional clutter from your nervous system.

Using muscle testing and intention-based techniques, I help your body identify what’s holding stress—and guide you to gently release it. There’s no need for talking through everything, no digging into trauma, and no pressure to "figure it all out."


Just a safe space to reconnect with your body’s wisdom and support it to let go.

What Happens in a Session?

Each session is guided by your body’s own wisdom. We use muscle testing to identify where stress is being held, what emotion is linked to it, and how to clear it. You don’t need to come in with a perfect explanation or know what’s wrong—your body already knows, and I’m here to help you listen.

A 60-minute Zoom session

Real-time emotional release and nervous system regulation

A calm, supportive space to explore without pressure or judgement

Personalised clearing based on what your body shows us

Session Fee: $200 AUD

3-Session Package: $600 AUD (book all the times you need in advance)

What if I don’t know what I want to work on?

That’s totally okay. You don’t need to have the answers—that’s what the session helps uncover. We work with what your body shows us in the moment.

Is this like therapy?

Not exactly. We don’t analyse your past or spend time in your story. Instead, we work directly with the nervous system to release the emotion at the root. ERT is a combination of energy work, somatic experiencing and intention based kinesiology. There is no need to talk over your issues at all if you don't want to.

Do I need to talk during the session?

Only if you want to. Some clients talk a lot, some say very little. Either way, the process works.

What happens after the session?

Most clients feel lighter, calmer, or more emotionally clear. Occasionally you might feel tired or emotional as your body processes. I encourage rest, hydration, and gentle self-care afterward.

How often do I need to come?

As often as you’d like. I generally recommend 3 to 6 times (2 packages), booking a session every 1 to 2 weeks, as new things come up as the old are let go. And after that - maintenance as needed and wanted by you.
