This workshop is here to help you uncover, understand, and define your boundaries so they feel deeply personal, clear, and supportive; not harsh rules or something you “should” be better at. When you know your boundaries, in your own language, you create a sense of safety you can return to, no matter what life throws your way.

Emotion Release Technique (ERT) is a gentle, body-based method that helps release stored emotional stress, without needing to fully understand the root cause. It helps you release the emotional and energetic patterns keeping you stuck.

Think of it as clearing emotional clutter from your nervous system.

Using muscle testing and intention-based techniques, I help your body identify what’s holding stress and guide you to gently release it. There’s no need for talking through everything, no digging into trauma, and no pressure to "figure it all out."

Just a safe space to reconnect with your body’s wisdom and support it to let go.

Hey, I'm Zoe!

Hi, I’m Zoe — a holistic healing guide, Emotion Release Practitioner and mama living in rural NSW.

For years, I tried to fix myself by doing more. More healing tools, more roles, more striving. But it wasn’t until I paused and asked, “Who am I, really?” that everything changed.

Frequently Asked Questions

Do I have to do Unstuck Identity or Values first?

No. While Unstuck Identity and Values builds beautifully on the work in done in each workshop and leads in to boundaries (and I do recommend doing Identity and Values first), Unstuck Boundaries can absolutely be done as a stand-alone workshop if you want.

How do I know this workshop is for me?

This workshop is for you if boundaries feel confusing, hard to hold, or like something everyone else seems to understand except you.

It’s for you if you often:

Put other people’s needs ahead of your own, then feel depleted afterwards

Feel guilty for needing space, rest, or time to yourself

Say yes in the moment, then regret it later

Feel resentful but struggle to speak up

Overgive in relationships, work, or family life

Shut down or pull away when things become too much

Know something needs to change, but don’t know where to begin

It’s also for you if you’re doing the deeper work of reconnecting with yourself.

How long will it take me?

The workshop is self-paced. Some people complete it in a single sitting, others take a few days to journal and reflect. There’s no rush.

Will there be a replay?

No - the lessons are all written or pre recorded (so no need for a replay!) and the ERT can only be done live.

Do I need to have done ERT before?

Not at all. You’ll be gently guided, and the ERT session is totally beginner-friendly.

What if I can’t make the ERT live?

The ERT call must be attended live and is not recorded. If you miss the session you booked, that session is forfeited from your workshop price. You have the option to pay for another ERT session at full price if you still want the extra support. Please see my booking terms and conditions for more information on my cancellation policy.

Is this suitable for complete beginners?

Absolutely. In fact, this series is designed to be a first step for beginners and a return to basics for seasoned self-discovery travelers.
