Emotion Release Technique (ERT) is a gentle, body-based method that helps release stored emotional stress, without needing to fully understand the root cause. It helps you release the emotional and energetic patterns keeping you stuck.
Think of it as clearing emotional clutter from your nervous system.
Using muscle testing and intention-based techniques, I help your body identify what’s holding stress and guide you to gently release it. There’s no need for talking through everything, no digging into trauma, and no pressure to "figure it all out."
Just a safe space to reconnect with your body’s wisdom and support it to let go.
If you choose the group ERT upgrade, you’ll join a live, intimate session (max 6 people) for deeper healing and integration. This is the part that clears space for change.

No - the lessons are all written or pre recorded (so no need for a replay!) and the ERT can only be done live.
Not at all. You’ll be gently guided, and the ERT session is totally beginner-friendly.
The ERT call must be attended live and is not recorded. If you miss the session you booked, that session is forfeited from your workshop price. You still have the option to access future group ERT calls when they’re offered again, for an additional payment.
