It’s a monthly membership offering weekly group Emotion Release Technique (ERT) sessions designed to gently clear emotional stress, restore nervous system balance, and support your inner healing. It’s perfect for women who want regular, guided emotional support in a safe and simple format.
It’s $220/month (AUD) for weekly group sessions. Or you can pay $1200 for 6 months and receive three skip credits to extend your membership if needed—ideal for when life sometimes gets full.
That’s totally okay. Life happens, and your nervous system needs flexibility. There are no recordings, but each session stands alone—you’ll always receive the support you need, no matter when you join in.
Group sessions are intentionally kept small (maximum of 6 people), so everyone feels seen, supported, and safe. The actual number on the call varies session to session, depending on availability and current members.
Nope. You’re welcome to speak if you’d like to, but it’s never required. Many women find they get deep benefits even without speaking aloud. This work happens in your body, and I guide the process gently.
Not quite. ERT isn’t about analysing your past or talking through your story—it’s about working directly with the body and nervous system to release stuck emotions in the present. It’s often much faster and gentler than traditional talk therapy.
No. This is a month-to-month membership—you can cancel anytime, no questions asked. If you choose the 6-month plan, that payment is upfront and includes three flexible skip credits.
No formal homework here — just gentle self-care. Many members find they naturally become more reflective or aware after a session, and that's enough. If something surfaces that feels worth journalling about, stretching, walking, or resting with — trust your instincts. There’s no pressure to “do more,” but you may feel drawn to support your nervous system in small ways between sessions, and I’ll often suggest ideas if they feel right for you.
ERT stands for Emotion Release Technique. It’s a gentle, naturopathic process that works with your nervous system to release emotional stress held in the body. We use muscle testing to uncover subconscious blocks and patterns — often ones you didn’t even know were there — and then release the emotional charge behind them. There’s no need to relive past trauma or analyse your history. It’s a beautiful way to shift long-held emotional patterns and bring more clarity, regulation, and ease into your life.
