Emotion Release Technique (ERT) is a gentle, intention-based method that helps you access and release emotional stress held in the subconscious body—without needing to know what you need, relive the past or talk about your feelings.
Using muscle testing and nervous system cues, ERT works with your body’s own intelligence to identify subconscious patterns, unresolved emotions, and energetic blocks that may be affecting your health, habits, and overall wellbeing.

Once we’ve found the pattern, you’ll gently process and release it through a calming combination of breathwork, meridian points, and intention. You stay sitting in a comfy position and you never need to share anything you don’t want to.
Each session is deeply personalised, and every release makes space for more clarity, calm, and connection.
